This trimmer hits the grass and weeds and knocks it down first time! It is so powerful that you use the throttle as a throttle not an on-off switch like the electric and cheap gas trimmers. There's plenty of power, and it starts with no issues. I do make sure that I winterize it by pouring out extra fuel and then running it dry.The only thing to be aware of is the trim line blade which needs to be sharpened often. Also, the throttle sometimes needs to be adjusted, and it's a very loud piece of equipment. Make sure you buy a large spool of trim line as you'll eat through it fast. Although I love this machine, if it ever breaks down on me, I'd have to look at a Stihl or Hitachi, since those two machines have great reps too. |
